week one

We had a very tough loss yesterday. We lost by the score of 21 to 17. No matter what happened we did get better as a whole team. I made my mistakes and caused the team a huge penalty but it is something I am going to learn from. We should have won the game that is for sure the referees were no help to our case but there is nothing we can do it is only what we can control. The offense could have started a lot faster than we did. The defense played a great game and kept us in the game for most of the first half. Even though this was a tough loss we have two weeks until our next game. We have the number one team in the country in two weeks and there is no greater challenge then that. If we knock off the number one team in the country the entire campus would go insane. It is a possibility and I cannot wait for the opportunity to do so. Mount Union only barely scraped by Franklin this weekend they only won by three. This will be sure a momentum shift for us. The film we break down from that game will be very important because we will be able to maybe copy and use what they did to beat mount union. The exciting part of this game is that it is our first home game it is should be a lot of fun to be in front of a home crowd. Along with the great challenge of this game. The classroom and school is just turning up. The assignments keep coming. It is going to be a very long semester that is for sure I have a lot on my plate this semester but I will continue to keep pushing forward and I cannot wait till this year is over.
